Unmarked Clothes have decided to cut ties with our current printers (of 8 years) due to their change in their service i.e. delaying orders and claiming orders don’t exist. We have noticed this change since the COVID lock downs, however, we have decided to continuing using them out of previous excellent service.
However, over the last two weeks we have had issues with them, some of which are still ongoing. We understand busy periods cause delays, but since COVID every order is has been blamed on a busy printing queue and now with the other problems we have decided enough is enough and have been looking at alternative printers.
We are pleased to announce that we have found a new printer and we are currently waiting for them to finalise our account.
Now, our customers may think that the change in printers will affect them – mostly due to an increase of prices and they are correct. Our prices will be changing inline with our new printers, however, our prices will in fact decrease! That may seem a rare thing in today’s world but our new printers offer a lower base cost, which we will pass onto our customers. Not only are our prices decreasing, but we will also be adding new products to our range – not just t-shirts and hoodies.
We will hopefully start to roll out our new changes this week. These are exciting times for Unmarked Clothes and we hope you can enjoy them with us!
